1.Love the Sun

Use the Sun to improve your fertility. The free source of light and warmth improves fertility both in men and women. It does so by increasing the levels of vitamin D in the body. When we expose yourself to the sun, we accumulate the “sun” vitamin D. This vitamin balances the levels of estrogen and progesterone in women. When it comes to men this vitamin increases the number of spermatozoids, improves the libido. Moreover it increases the levels of testosterone. Additionally, sun improves our mood and lowers stress.

2.Avoid exercising too hard

While moderate exercise can have a positive effect on women’s fertility, intensive physical activity can increase the risk of irregular periods and it makes conceiving more difficult. Hard exercise lowers the levels of progesterone and makes ovulation harder. If you want to have a baby, we recommend that you limit your exercising time to a maximum of 7 hours a week.

3.Remove trans fats from your diet completely

Stay away from fries and your favorite sandwich. Trans fats which we consume through fast food cause the lowering of women’s fertility. Trans fats lower the ability of the body to regenerate the insulin. And women who have insulin resistency or diabetes suffer from irregular ovulations more commonly.

4.Advice your partner to take care of the warmth of the intimate area

The high temperature of the intimate region can affect the production and quality of the sperm. Men should avoid hot showers and saunas. Moreover they shouldn’t take long bike rides, and they shouldn’t use tight underware. We recommend that you don’t put a laptop on your lap, because the warmth lowers the number of spermatozoids.

5.Avoid lubricants

Lubricants affect the movement of the sperms and experts don’t recommend them when you are trying to conceive. Moreover some lubricants contain chemicals which kill the sperm.

6.Consume more zinc

Zinc has an important role in both men’s and women’s fertility. This mineral helps ovulation in women. Moreover it increases the productin of sperm in men. Furthermore, zinc lowers the risk of a spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy. Researches show that you need at least 15mg of zinc daily, in order to improve fertility. Consume more food that contains zinc, such as: fish, red meat, pumpkin seeds, etc.
