Your morning cup of coffee doesn’t just wake your brain up. It also works as a stimulant for your digestive system. Coffee causes the food to move quickly in your body, creating somewhat of a laxative effect. We all know that coffee will help your bowel movement before you head out the door for work. However, you shouldn’t rely on it too much to help with digestion. If you drink too much caffeine it will cause you to have diarrhea all day. And, you know how uncomfortable this can be.
Here is a special one – Acidophilus Milk
This type of milk is different than regular dairy milk. It contains probiotic called Lactobacillus acidophilus. This probiotic builds healthy intestinal flora.
